Chicken Burro, Pass The Grease

I like my food dry. Dry as in not smothered in grease. No such luck for the chicken burro from the Border Cafe.

You can see the oil reflecting the light on the Jambalaya rice and the cheese from the enchilado style delivery.

The meal was good, but really, this isn't the kind of thing you can eat every day. To the new readers: I eat burritos almost every day.
