Ever Eat Cow Cheek?
Called Cabeza, this cheek taco was actually quite delicious. I've tried Lengua (tongue) and had a less than thrilling experience, so I was a little nervous.
The meat was very soft and stringy, although a little fatty. It's not something I'd eat all the time, but if you're going to branch out and try something wild, this is a safe bet.
Note: the Lengua was not from this restaurant, but from Tacos Lupita.
